Open Plan but well thought out and versatile. The Kitchen area has a stunning granite worktop and matching island for casual dining.

Boot Room

Leading off the kitchen is the Utility room which is small and functional with a washing machine and tumble drier for use on damp days but the outside washing line is the very best way to dry cloths when the sun is shining. There are huge fitted cupboards and a small guest loo.This also leads to the back door
