One end is the comfortable drawing room with two large soft sofas, television and a wonderful wood burning fire place which also works as a heating system which pumps warm air around the house making the house warm and cosy in the cooler months.

The central part of the room has a stylish round dining table with seating for up to eight people.

At the opposite end is the kitchen. The cooker is in front of a window which has stunning views east over the wooded hills to the sea and then to the Albanian Mountains.

The pretty kitchen has a wonderful and very large refrigerator and deep freeze. There is an induction ceramic hob and a fitted two ring gas hob for extra cooking and if the power goes off.

There is a small dish washer and plentiful well stocked cupboards in both the granite topped island and under the kitchen work tops. The island also doubles as a breakfast bar.
