The villa in detail

You enter the villa via a small paved court yard where an orange tree and lavender bushes are growing and through a large open porch way and big double oak doors which lead into the main part of the house.

The villa is designed for very easy living. The main part of the house consists of one large bright and airy room with cathedral ceilings and fans for warmer days.

Leading off the kitchen is the Utility room which is small and functional with a washing machine and tumble drier for use on damp days but the outside washing line is the very best way to dry cloths when the sun is shining. There are huge fitted cupboards and a small guest loo.This also leads to the back door

The whole length of the sea facing front of the house is has large french windows which make the very best of the stunning views and beyond these is a covered terrace where shaded sitting and outside dining is encouraged.
